SPArties minimum age requirement is 16 years old with a signed parental consent form. Children 16 years of age or younger may only participate in adult SPArties if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also having services.
Pregnant women in their first trimester and guests currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments can not have a full body massage. Any person with a serious/chronic medical condition and pregnant women, at ANY stage in the pregnancy, MUST submit a permission letter from their current medical practitioner allowing them to have SPArties Services. Please advise SPArties of ANY chronic medical condition in advance of your event and supply the appropriate permission statement. Those who fail to do so, will be denied services.
You can purchase a SPArty ticket or services at any advance time to apply towards future use; however, availability for a specific date or time is on a first come first serve basis. Reservations & tickets must be purchased in advance and we recommend a minimum of 6-8 weeks notice with a contract; however, as with any other entertainment service, for prime holiday & bridal seasons, we suggest several months in advance in order to ensure our availability. Please contact us at any time for availability, as we may be able to accomodate you on short notice; however, additional rush fees may apply .
There is a 2 hour minimum for SPArties to come out to each location. You can purchase any of our A La Carte services and each of the recipients can schedule their services together on the same day, in the same location, in order to meet the 2 hour minimum per location.
Reservation, Payment & Cancellation Policy

SPArties is a hospitality service, similar to catering, therefore, packages/services must be purchased in advance. A non-refundable deposit and credit card to keep on record is required to reserve all dates/times, insure any incidentals and outstanding balances, draft your contract, and begin the Complete SPArty Setup planning process, regardless of your final payment method (including cash, check or certified check). ALL balances, in full, are due in advance of your event and are automatically charged to the credit card on record, unless other payment options are agreed upon in writing. Once reserved, SPArties does NOT issue refunds: deposits, services and packages, may not be cancelled, refunded, or downgraded, but they are transferable more than 30 days out, with no penalties. They may, at any time, be upgraded or additional services may be added. Within 30 days of your event, penalties apply for any changes in dates or services. Nothing may be “held” without adhering to the following deposit guidelines for each package or A La Carte option:
•Buy Now/SPArty Later: Just like gift certificates, individual packages for any guest may be purchased at any time for all events. It is good to take advantage of this option when we are running sales on our package prices.
•To only reserve a specific date or time:If you do not know which packages you want, but you know the date and time of your event, you may reserve it with a $500 non-refundable deposit, or combined total in package purchases of at least $500. This deposit will be applied towards your event and any packages that you choose. This holds only the date, it does NOT reserve the packages, services or amount of staff required to service your final event. The specific packages that you want must also be reserved/purchased, in advance, in order to guarantee those services.
•Any Complete SPArty Setup Event or Customized SPArty Setup Package: (There is a $1000 total minimum in packages, including any add-on services, for this event. If the $1000 minimum is not met, your event will be downgraded to simply include the A La Carte Services and merchandise that you purchased, but not the additional Complete SPArty Setup amenities.) A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any Complete SPArty Setup package. This deposit will be applied towards your event and any packages that you choose.
For 1-14 guests: All packages/services MUST be purchased in advance in order to ensure the staff availability for your event; those not purchased/reserved in advance will not be guaranteed for the date of the event. A contract will be drafted in one person or organization’s name who will serve as the hostess. It is not recommended; however each guest may pay individually, if necessary (Separate checks.)
For more than 15 guests or customized SPArties: You may not downgrade your package;however you may upgrade, if needed. Payment for the minimum is required for whichever package you choose. SPArties willl deliver the minimum amount of services and items regardless of your final headcount. Each guest may NOT pay SPArties individually since we will not divide the check with large groups; but rather they will pay their portion directly to the hostess in accordance with whatever payment arrangements they make with the guests.
•Per Tech & A La Carte Services By the Hour:
All payment is due at the time of your order for the Per Tech & A La Carte Option. This holds JUST a technician for your date and time, and does NOT include an entire spa party or anything in the Complete SPArty Setup. SPArties can NOT guarantee any spa parties or Complete SPArty Setup material if it is not reserved in advance according to the policies for those packages. Any additional consultation, coordination, management and additions made after the initial order, including but not limited to phone calls, e-mails, faxes and administrative coordination, will be billed a consulting fee (in addition to the services being altered/ordered) and will be charged directly to the credit card on record, unless other arrangements are made in writing. If those arrangements are not met, then the credit card on record will be charged by default.
•SPArty deposits, packages and services are non-refundable, but are transferable and may be rescheduled, free of charge, up to 30 days prior to your scheduled event. Within 30 days of your scheduled event, you may reschedule the date or service for a fee dependant on your contracted SPArty.
•While we do our best to accommodate you, SPArties can not guarantee that additional staff or services above and beyond what is required for the ticket that you have originally reserved, will be available for your event if you do not secure them in advance; including any additions that you may add on your final headcount date.
•SPArties accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and bank debit cards.
•A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks and the final outstanding payment will then be charged to the credit card on record.
•Final payment of SPArty tickets, packages, a la carte services, or unreturned SPArty items or property becomes the responsibility of the hostess for any guest who does not provide payment or credit card information.
•There is an minimal travel fee for any New York location and anything beyond 25 miles from zip codes 07002 and 33442. Any location with excessive traffic will be charged for staff travel time; Any parking fees are also the responsibility of the client.
*Service times, additional decor and design, spa gifts and length of SPArty may be upgraded for additional fees. SPArties outside of our branch areas, with excessive tolls, or pay parking may be subject to additional fees. Prices subject to change at any time without notice.
