SPArties® Mobile Day & Spiritual Spa is an event planning service that provides on-location spa and spiritual staff for any occasion, at any location…transforming it into a day spa and wellness center. A SPArty is an experience like no other, as we also offer additional options, such as robes, slippers, headbands, decor, linens, aromatherapy, lighting, music, and so much more. Our staff provides services for individuals or groups - residential or corporate - for one person or one thousand guests!
Hiring our staff is exactly like ordering from a caterer, except we are serving spa and spiritual treatments, not food. Whether you simply want to add a couple spa or spiritual treatments to any gathering from a casual get together, like a birthday party, shower, bachelorette, holiday gathering, product launch, fundraiser or corporate/promotional event…or something fancy, such a wedding or black tie affair, you simply hire our staff, by the hour, to provide the on-site services.
All of our rates include our staff’s basic supplies and equipment needed to provide their treatments; but if you need a complete location spa makeover, or additional equipment and supplies, our design team can custom design something just for you, a la carte and our the additional rates are dependent on what you order. We also offer private label options in which we turn your space into a spa, simply by using your very own branding, decor and supplies!
Our reservation and payment policies also work exactly like a caterer’s…in order to guarantee anything, you must reserve it in advance with a non-refundable retainer deposit payment. Balances, final headcounts, and any additions are due payable in advance of your event, and refunds are not issued, regardless of guest dropouts or no shows. You are responsible for paying for what you order.
While we do our best to accommodate everyone, please keep in mind that SPArties Mobile Day & Spiritual Spa is NOT a franchise, but rather, we are an individually family-owned and operated business, that serves several locations…each event and appointment is unique, since each of you are unique. Since we book up rather far in advance, we strongly encourage you to make your reservations, in advance, or contact us to discuss the availability of our staff in your area and time frame.
